The phone number for ordering said that they were busy and that I could select the option of a call-back. I did that two days in a row and never got a call. I finally called the old number for Rocky Mountain Medical and got a person that would take my order.

First time user of overnight condom-catheter. Tubing to attach is too big and had to be duct-taped on. Still fell off during the night. Everything else was good.

The product arrived on time and was exactly as ordered. However, I never received an order-confirmation e-mail with an order number, or any kind of acknowledgment of my order. I ordered on a Friday, and since I didn't know if they had actually processed my order, I had to call on Monday to ask about it. That is not a good use of my time. Incidentally, when I called, I was told that they don't send an e-mail until the product(s) ship. That is a ridiculous policy. A confirming e-mail should always be sent.

Order not filled correctly on 1 of the wipes. Instead of a box of them I receive a dozen or so in a ziplock baggie. Don’t remember whether it was adhesive remover or skin barrier. I’m upstairs right now and it’s downstairs. I still am using up supplies I got from the hospital and surgeon’s office.

Comfort does not send catheters as prescribed by dr. They send the cheapest catheter bags and when I request a certain bag they do not send it everytime but go back to cheapest bag which does not drain well. Today out of the blue I received 3 items which I did not request : wrong catheter, wrong leg and wrong overnight bag! I am ready to request to change to a different medical supply co.

Simple, I asked the young lady on the phone if it was posable to get a second little travel bag ( one for each car as I never know which one I am going to be in ) she said she would take care of that,,,didn't happen. I would have even paid for it myself. not impressed
