Instead of pouches, which is one thing I cannot live without, you sent me Foam Wound Dressings! 6 boxes of them! And then you are closed on the weekends so I can't even talk to someone about this to get a rush order sent to my home immediately. I'm very frustrated right now.

First I was very disappointed with the skin barriers and second I was sent skin barriers with a hole 40mm big and my stoma is only 20mm big so they were WAY too big so I was super disappointed

The supplies were sent to the incorrect address which delayed the delivery by two days. My mother was on her last pouch and having a difficult time. I changed the delivery to my house but somehow it was switched back to her apartment which has controlled entry. I have called to correct the address again and hopefully, this will be my only one-star review.
