I called today requesting new samples as my current bag ordered continues to leak. I hadn’t tried the ordered bag prior to using it, its what was shipped to me. I was told someone would call me back. My skin is raw, my bags leak, I have no comfort. I’m exhausted as I can’t sleep in a leaky bag. I’m begging for some samples and explanation of how to avoid leaks from an ileostomy. I’m only 4 weeks post op. *EDIT* Comfort Medical has reached out to me and worked amazingly with me. They offered a different bag after hearing my issues. They sent samples by fed ex so no waiting was really nice. They continue to reach out to ensure everything is going well. I’m changing the original 2 stars to 5 stars. They’ve gone above Snd beyond to ensure I’m comfortable and have resolved my skin issues.

No problems or issues with our catheter order once it was approved by insurance.

Much better so far than Byram. No problems with ordering what I wanted to receive. The prescription was not a problem as Comfort contacted my Doctor and took care of insurance as well.
