Once the order was received from my doctor the order shipped within a few days. Order was filled correctly unlike the prior supplier I had. Living with a urostomy is a challenge. Getting incorrect supplies make it worse. This company seems I really care about their customers and helping them live the best life possible by reducing frustrations.
