After finally finding out who to talk with to make a order. All went well. Just getting their was the hardest part everyone i talked with sent me to another person or otherwise passing the buck very frustrating at first. Thank goddnes my home health care nurse knew who I should call. In her words getting to right person was like chasing a ghost.

Product was not packed very well, had a few of the boxes of the product open and the content out of the box. We have never had a problem on past deliveries.

There was a hiccup with the initial order, but an account manager stepped in and made things right. If this is the sort of action I can expect with every little challenge, I will be with this organization for a long time.

I ordered my supplies by calling in Thursday and was told and texted my supplies would ship out that day and receive in 2 to 3 days, I find receive until a week late

Update (from 1 star to 4 stars). CM eventually called and went over and above what was needed to help me out. The rep I spoke to also said I should ask for her specifically if I have future problems. All is well -- I called for an order of supplies on Monday around 2 p.m. No callback. I called Comfort back this morning. Nearly 1 p.m. today. No callback. I suggest that you maybe consider that sometimes people are in dire need of these supplies and waiting a day or more for the privilege of placing an order...well, it's an indication, though not conclusive proof, that you might have your head upside your ass.

Didn't get an email when shipped (customer service said one was sent so not sure what happened). Otherwise the process was as easy and smooth as expected.

Very helpful and quick delivery.
