I have been affiliated with Comfort Medical since last year and I have had problems with my orders almost every time. This past phone conversation involved Statlock catheter positioning. I related how the last delivery contained a number of Statlock devices that are totally useless because the locking feature's dimensions are way too small to accommodate the size catheter I use. This last delivery contained an entire box of the same Statlock devices that I couldn't use last time and still can't use. I also asked for Bard night bags and none were provided.

Received samples but not ordered catheters. I realize the storms have slowed things down but it does seem like quite a long while since they were ordered. Thanks, russ

It took to long for them to match up my Dr's Rx with my account. Dr had to send it 4 times. Finally got my medical supplies 2 1/2 months later. Thank you for getting me set.

Did not request supplies but you sent them regardless. Why bother to ask.....

You do contact your customers but, you ask if I received tracking, I had not. Said would call me back. Next day you call back, no tracking but I did get another one there who said product would arrive in 5-7 days. Really? A week on supplies right after you get released from a hospital stay of 16 days and 2 emergency surgeries you aren’t going to run out to get yourself supplies to hold hog over, as the person that called me told me to do. Needless, next day, get another call, no tracking yet. Did receive package. Following day after receiving package I received tracking email? Day after that I received notice of shipment? Think your processes are not in order and delayed internally. Doesn’t look very good to your customers.

Still waiting for the catheters I ordered twelve days ago. “ Weather delay”. Makes no sense, they shipped three days after the order was placed. Why three days to process? In the past, I would reorder when I reached a one month supply (so as not to run out), but Comfort would not send my supplies because they claimed that I had too much on hand. Now I order when I open my last box. Result; reusing catheters, for the fourth day. Comfort needs to take weather delays and lost packages into account and allow for earlier reorders. Running out of a medical necessity is not only inconvenient, but unhealthy.

The first person I worked with to set up my initial order was great. She was very friendly and helpful, she made sure I had everything I needed ordered for my first purchase. I called a few days later to see if orders had been obtained and when it would ship. This person was not as friendly, seemed eager to get off the phone. This person said multiple times that my order was shipping that day we were speaking and that she would have it overnighted. I was just about out of supplies and needed them ASAP. Unfortunately the supplies did not arrive until 3-4 days later. I’m hoping that in the future if I do need supplies overnighted that this will actually be done as stated.

They said that we was going to get the shipment on the 8 th or 9th. But we got it on the 10th of February. Good thing he has a little bit extra bags.
