Catheter has tacky exterior making it impossible to insert without major pain and bloody experience

My 3 month supply order of ostomy supplies arrived overnight, which I appreciated, as I was completely out of supplies. However, instead of receiving pouches, I received 6 jars of diaper rash ointment. Without pouches, all of the other items received are useless. When I reported this, I was to have the pouches shipped overnight again, only to find out that they were not shipped that way. I have not received the replacement order of pouches yet. I am praying that the order has been filled correctly.

Did not recieve any SenSuraMio 16483's. they also need to be cut to the dimension i told the order person. When will i recieve the cut ostomy barriers??

We ordered bags, wafers and clean packets. Received cleaning packets and no reason why we didn't get others . We know insurance approved. The doctor doesn't call back and he is almost totally out. Service was previously great. This sucked

So far my experience with comfort medical has been terrible. The people you speak to on the phone don't want to listen to your concerns or your needs. Today the lady I spoke to wanted to have my prescription changed, instead of listening to my concerns and my needs. Customer service is terrible.

Erroneous billing practices! Beware! They need to be watched like a hawk!

In the past, my items have come neatly and tightly package in boxes of three. This shipment contained 9 boxes thrown willy-nilly into a single big box, the smaller boxes broken open, and the contents spilled all over.

My ostomy supplies were ordered through my nurse, which I know that they received because they called with a product switch. After not receiving my supplies for 2 weeks, I had to call about them. My order had not been filled and was lost in the system. After promising expedited shipping and still not receiving them for another three days, I had to call back again. It took another two days for them to come. These supplies are a necessity and that understanding did not seem to be grasped by the people I talked to. THIS WAS MY FIRST ORDER/EXPERIENCE!
