The packaging, boxing, od the materials was very poor. Cardbopard is cheap variety and the box was flimsy which allowed it to open on one entire edge ex[posing the products. Taping was bad as well. Used 180medical in the past. Never had this issue

It was OK, it took a while to get the machine and because I did she was pushed a whole month to before her she couldn’t use it .The doctor did not have any openings until May so now we sit with a box that we can’t even use. I feel like if there was an issue with the insurance I should’ve kept the loop better so I could’ve stayed on top of them and said weeks went by with no word. It wasn’t until I called that I found out that there was a problem with the insurance

Package was sent to old address

I received supplies I don't need. I don't remember "oking" the order but was told that I did. I don't understand how I could have gotten so far ahead with supplies. But then again, my memory is not so hot.

Fine job but would prefer to order ostomy products via website whereas I can review different products available. It is to difficult to discuss product info over phone have to have ability to look at supplies. Like Save Rite Medical has ostomy supplies via their website whereas you can look and see the products it is much better then trying to talk to operator associate...

My orden was late and incomplete

This is the second time that I received something that is wrong. However, the other stuff ordered was perfect. This is just something I need to have them delete from my order.
