I am beyond appreciative to have your company as my main DME supplier. Initially I chose your company just to fulfill the prescription for my daughter's Enema supplies. Then your wonderful representative Kaelyn inquired about catheters. Long story short my prior supply company for catheters, since January 2021, has been trying to get them approved again from my insurance company. They had no success and was not very willing to help out. Therefore I have been paying out of pocket since. I am a single mom and this was an extremely hard situation for me. After your representative inquired, 2-3 days later she got them approved and I had them in my possession not even a week later. I am so so so extremely grateful for her help. Words cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am. What an amazing experience I have had and I felt the need to recognize Kaelyn's above and beyond assistance and I wanted you to know as well.

Great products and fantastic customer service

I was very upset that I would run out of a necessary item. And I didn't know if my doctor had written a prescription for me, to be filled by Comfort Medical. So I established a Comfort Medical customer account. Also, I left a text email message outlining my problem. After getting confirmation that I was who I said I was, I was allowed to place an order. A short time later, I received notification that the order had been shipped! It arrived at my house within 24 hours! Although I had to promise to pay any charges not covered by insurance, Comfort Medical shipped what I desperately needed without demanding personal credit card information. I'm relieved and very grateful.

The service was unbelievable. Within six days of my inquiry of assistance, I had a wonderful, caring call from a rep, both my doctor and insurance had been called, my order had been placed and I had received my first order. I could not believe the speed and efficiency of everyone involved. The service was fantastic and the rep that I talked to seemed very caring and down to earth. I would give them more stars if I could.
