The person I talked to listened to my concerns and frustrations with my previous supplier without passing judgment and helped me to understand how I could understand the process of how my doctor, Medicare, my supplement, and I work together to solve issues. I have been very happy with the service and interaction I have had with Comfort Medical.

The person that I placed my order with was professional and polite. Order shipped as scheduled. 3 month supply was convenient. Only issue was one container of #6210561 missing 1barrier. I inventory all shipments when received. Item not found in any other package. They quickly responded and sent missing portion plus a few. Thanks
