Thank you. Glad to see the supplies did ship and arrived at my mother's home. It took longer to get it confirmed and shipped, likely related to the christmas rush.

After a little rocky start, we received the first delivery. I appreciated the patience of Comfort Medical personnel that I interfaced with. They were professional and helpful. The ability to communicate as needed moved the process along. in the end, everyone is happy.

Products are great. Took forever to get them ordered and shipped. Had to make multiple phone calls, and kept getting the runaround.

Upon leaving the hospital Confort medical was given order from the hospital for supplies. It took weeks to receive the supplies. I made several phone calls for supplies. I ran out of suppliers the day before I received my supplies. Customer service staff was very friendly and did everything possible to speed up my order The process needs to be revised so sick people does not endure additional stress While they are recovering from illness.

All customer representatives need to be trained with the same information. I got conflicting info from 2 different customer reps. All worked out very well in the end but it might not have if I didn't call back and get a seasoned rep.

My order was wrong, but I will be OK!

My order came in a torn, crudely taped box with one of the important items completely missing. This is not usually the case. This is the first time after several years of ordering. I am usually very happy with the order fulfillment. Not sure why this happened.

I asked to just get a few samples of a bag I wanted to try. Instead they sent me 2 boxes which gives me 10 instead of a few. I could have just had 1 box sent to me. It takes fewer than 10 to know if I am going to like the bags. But I was satisfied with my order. Thank you!!
