Took a long time to get the Doctor and your company working togather

good service as always however, my last order was incomplete, and the missing items are important. Furthermore, I have been told that since I now have Home Health the missing items cannot be replaced by Comfort Medical. So, an error by the supplier becomes a problem for me. May be time to reconsider my supplier.

I asked for the co pay amount before shipment, I was never notified before the product being delivered in 2 days. I contacted billing about the charge and was talked to very rude. She informed me she wouldn't know the charge for 45 days. The lady who called me about my item, self catheters for my 81 year old mother, never informed me of that. I explained I can buy them myself for a little over $2.00 a piece somewhere else. I bought 150 of them. It would have been around $350.00. Comfort medical billed her insurance $2100.00. I still do not know how much I will have to pay, 2 weeks later. Her reply to me was "why did I order from them, if I could get them at that price." I explained to her that I was never informed of prices like I had asked for before shipment.

You shorted my order by 90 catheters.

I was not impressed from the beginning of service with Comfort Medical. I received a call to see if I was ready for a reorder, when I in fact did need to reorder supplies. I was transferred to another agent to then reorder, not sure why they could not do that to start with. The items then do not get ordered until after your last send date, which is very inconvenient when you are out of supplies. The last few months my supplies were late and I did not have any left over to use. I was finally able to reach Nichole Henn and she did a great job of overnighting my supplies, extras and what more I needed to have on hand before my next order arrived. Nichole made my experience so much better to keep with Comfort Medical and give them another chance.

My order was only half of what I usually receive. The package came beat up and opened. The packaging usually comes pretty beat up. I’m disappointed.

Well Comfort medical supply has given me some of the equipment that I need for my incontinence unfortunately I did not get any leg anchors which prevents the tube from pulling and causing pain I'm currently not useing any Cather's until this issue is fixed??

Anyone knows you use more bags than wafers so why would you ship equal #s of those 2 items ? For each single wafer, we use between 5-7 bags ❗️❗️ We need more bags & less wafers ...total # of items should still be the same. Ty
