For 2 months in a row they did not ship my Catheters on time!! I called and they said "Oh you are right they should have been shipped. We are so sorry." Sorry does not fix the problem! If you have to wash Disposable Catheters you run a high risk of getting a urinary track infection which can lead to renal failure!! You die!!!

I have not received my order. I received an email saying it was delayed and had to call them. They had faxed a title 19 to wrong place and did not notify me immediately when they did not get Title 19 back. I had to call Childrens and Scottish Rites to get this straightened out. I still have not received my order. Scottish Rites had faxed signed title 19 first week of June. I have had to purchase my own supplies and pay out of pocket. I did get a1 box of Urostomy bags (5) bags 2 days after I called. I am on last bag and again I am paying out of pocket for supplies. I never had as much trouble with Shield. Unfortunately the do not handle Urostomy bags and supplies. Very frustrating and expensive on a fixed income. I did get a call from a nurse on their Urostomy team to try and resolve my sons reaction to the Urostomy bag adhesive tape. Unfortunately it takes 1 to 1 1/2 weeks to get samples. Still waiting. Just auto ship supplies and keep records updated on where to send Title 19 and keep family informed please.

I was told that my order had shipped when it had not been shipped. I called to check on it and was lied to again and told that it would be shipped now by 3PM that day, it was not. An item needed substitution approval - i was never called about it - I would not have known had I not called in. Then a few days later another item was supposedly on backorder but no one had called me about that either. Lied to multiple times throughout this entire process of my first supply order. I will never order from this company again.

No want to pick up the box , I don’t understand why

My provider ordered Hollister products. I received a phone call to tell me that Hollister was not covered under my ins, but coloplast was. My question "is coloplast comparable with Hollister". I was assured it was. My provider said it is not and since I learned on Hollister, I needed to stay with Hollister. On Sat, she emailed and cancelled the order. But then on Thursday I got an email that it was shipped. Today 6/14, I refused the order that arrived in my PO Box. The person I originally spoke with should have been honest and stated the products are different.

We received One box quality of 5 barriers then the next day we received another box of several supplies that were not the right items and no bag’s whatsoever. Athena with comfort medical has helped us with this order but it has been issue after issue. Thanks Robin Falbo

This is an edit of the review I submitted previously. I received a phone call from Comfort Medical to apologize and to offer me a postpaid label to return yhe cathetets.She explained that my account is on automatic delivery. We changed that. I am still unsure If I will need the catheters! my Dr. Is investigating. I have 30 days to return the product. I appreciate the phone call. I have liked comfort medical's product, service, and customer care. But recently I called to ask that my upcoming delivery be held as I was not using any catheters following a surgery. "OK", they said. But then I received my shipment of 120 catheters! I still don't know if I am going to rrsume using them; I see the surgeon in 2 days.My insurance will no doubt be billed.
