Was supposed to get here quick took longer than we expected

Process went well, except for initial confusion on my inadequate shipping address which required my correction.

Everything was good except one problem. On first order the wrong barriers were sent but you fixed the problem and sent us the right ones. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable

Skin barrier wipes were on my prescription, but none were sent.

When they sent the skin wipes to me my order called for 2 boxes .... They opened up a box of 25 to take 2 out and sent 2 wipes in the order

I have to say 5 stars for the ease of ordering. Lost a star because I don't know how much my supplies will cost. Cost is a high priority when living on a fixed income.

Got my supplies promptly after I called & discovered cause for delay at my doc office. Very appreciative that Comfort promptly FedEx’s my supplies & that they arrived on a Sunday!!

Product is delivered as promised. I requested earlier delivery, backed up by my urologist, ut it did not happen. I had to reuse catheters several times before my shpent arrived.
