Comfort Medical is an outstanding company that needs to review it on-line ordering system. I have my account with 7 items listed, However I do not need all 7 items listed every month, If I want to add or subtract an item from my last months order, I can't complete my order on line and must call my order in. The next month I also have to call my order in because I only need Two items for that month.

Not happy with my sales rep. Placed my first order with a specific discussion about bandage removal spray instead of wipes. I didn’t receive any. My order was not sent to the doctor until several calls a week later when I hadn’t received any supplies. When I received, I had to call again about missing spray for bandage removal only to find out sales rep never sent the prescription to my doctor. The customer service person shipped wipes for removal, which doesn’t work and which I didn’t request. I have a rash from having to remove without spray. The ostomy bag is my favorite of all I’ve tried. The rest of the products are not as good.

I ordered through the app and received no response. When I talked to the customer service representative they acted like they were not aware of the order. The supplies were finally ordered and shipped. But I was nearly out of catheters by the time they arrived. I won't use the app again.

Long delay in shipping and processing. Very difficult to reach anyone regarding the delays. Email sent and not answered.

There was a lot of confusion over my daughter's Peristeen order. I'm not sure it was all on Comfort Medical, but I thought everything was worked out and still no order. So I had to call CM myself and ask what was the problem. They said they were still waiting on a document from my insurance company (which had already been sent earlier). So anyways...unless I called them back...I don't think I would've rec'd a phone call telling me this is what we're waiting to get your daughter's order out the door. But overall, CM seems to be a good company.

i had to call multiple times to get my order processed. My PCP had to fax the orders on 3 different days. Each time I was told that the orders were not received. Finally, my PCP's office called and they were told that the fax had been received and the order was processed. This is totally unacceptable. I spent too much time on the phone trying to get the order processed. The PCP has proof that each fax went through, so I believe that there is an issue with your employees not checking the faxes in a timely fashion.

Setting up my account with you I encountered some difficulties. I called the company. Left a message and no one called me back this occurred several times. That kind of service will make a customer want to seek another supplier of catheters. When catheters are delivered they come in a huge box! My wife and I are elderly, how do you expect us to carry it into our home???? I don't expect you all to respond to this comment. Again this kind of treatment makes a customer seek one of your competitors to supply our catheters.

Delivery was perfect, but the straps on the daytime bags in this shipment are still not correct. We complained and returned a sample of the incorrect strap after the last shipment, but still have no replacement from the supplier. This shipment has the same straps, which are too large, hence difficult to use.
