Major problem with billing and answering billing questions. I received first invoice 2 years after starting service. Called to ask why just now getting billed they had no answer except that this is what insurance did not cover. I understood this but still not satisfied with reason it took 2 years to receive first bill. On fixed budget and was not prepared to pay 2.5 years worth of bills all at once and maintain future payments. Now have to short change others to catch up.

Many mistakes and uninformed sales people.

I have no problems with the orders, the billing department though needs some major help. I am still dealing with a bill that is almost 8 months old. I called and spoke to someone on the 26th of February and have not had a response yet on the 16th of March. If they could get the billing department figured out we would be in business.

I have called and let a message..No Call Back!! Im almost out of Ostomy supplies..Need to refill..Thanks
