Terrible....worst customer service ever...wrong products sent. Materisls sent not requested or ordered... terrible.

Real difficult in receiving notified sample box of medical supplies prior to approved insurance supplies. I spoke to at least 4 different people at Comfort about situation, nothing helped. I then used Surgeon’s office staff for support, it still took multiple calls and requests to get samples delivered and an extra 4 days beyond original delivery date. The ball was dropped and no accountability for mistakes, there has got to be a better medical supplier out there to guarantee medical supply delivery.

I placed a order on July 3rd and after a week I had not received the order. Than I called and it had not been shipped for some reason so reordered and it took another week. I received the order on July 18th. I was out of Catheters for a week. The usual length of time is two to three days for delivery. Not a happy customer at this time.

Pouch and wafers sent were different sizes.

The service was too slow. We had to order from another supplier.

$786 dollars for 20 ostomy bags!!!! Greedy! The last company I used charges $380 for the 20 of the exact same bags. Your company should be ashamed what you charge to people in need.

Extremely late! Was supposed to be shipped out on Thursday and it didn’t! So I was out and had to wash and reuse til got here on Tuesday! So this month do better or will switch companies.

Big representative mistake to process the order for a month later. Unbelievable.
