First time placing a reorder and everything I needed was not on my site, so I had to call. The gentleman was very kind and efficient. The only negative was that I waited about 10 days after expected ship date and had not received a tracking number. But when I called to check on my order the lady informed me that it was arriving that very day Order was complete and correct items sent.

I've had two other suppliers sending me small quantities of catheters, on no real schedule. Comfort gave me a three month supply in one shipment.

I am very pleased with the service, and I like the pouches. However I am still waiting for a catalog of your products. The catalog that you sent on the internet was erased. A representive said it would be included with my order,but it was not
