I'm sorry but I did't write down the name of the Customer Service agent. I hope you can find it. She was the best!!!, concerned that she answered all questions. Made sure I ordered exactly what I needed, and did a follow up call. WOW...I can't say enough about her. She really knew her business, that made me feel at ease. It's not easy to talk about the medical condition I live with, but she made me at ease. Hire more agent like her!!!!!!!!!!! thanks bob boone
