I received the catheters on the 1/12/22. They are just as requested; the proper length and diameter. Evidently, since I received no invoice for an insurance deductible, the cost is covered by my Medicare and Supplemental insurance. I'm very grateful for your assistance and for the friendly and competent spokesperson on the phone who took my order. Thank you, Frank Fishman

I am new to this company but have nothing but the highest praise for their customer service. Everyone I have spoken to so far from starting service to making exchanges of the product after delivery has been fantastic. BTW, the exchanges are due to I prefer one item over others that I received at my request, NOT through a mistake made by the company representative. Delivery is remarkably FAST, and so is the pick-up of product to be returned to Comfort Medical. I highly recommend this company.
