so i'm completely updating my orginal review, today i got a phone call from Dena at Comfort Medical and she talked me through how best to handle the auto-reorder call should i get one again while driving. Dena also recommended using the app, it's already downloaded and installed on my phone and i tell you what it's a simple app to use and THANX to Dena for explaing how to sign-up on the app, not sure i could've done that without her advice...THANX Dena!!

This company is very helpful when I need supplies for my husband. They know what the insurance will cover when I ask them. Very courteous and prompt on delivering.

We didn't have insurance for about 6 months. Once we got the new insurance I made a call and they sent everything before we even knew it. They are so considerate of our medical needs.
