delay in getting insurgence approval for purchase .

The person I spoke to when ordering was very helpful. I had questions about different options that were answered on the first call. My supplies were shipped as soon as my physician approved the order, and they arrived quickly thereafter.

I spoke with 3 different people regarding my first order. My one issue is that no one followed up. Each person promised to keep me informed of the status of my order yet not one of them called me back. I had to call 3 times to find out the order status and got 3 different status information. This could be resolved if only someone had called me re status or if I could talk to the same person. I know you have the info on each call on your computer and each person can read it but that doesn't inspire me to accept what they say when they make promises they don't keep. It's very annoying.

I was a little frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the hiccups with CM and my PCP, but when I finally got the products, they shipped very fast and were exactly what I needed. CM was great at getting me a nice substitute that I and my insurance would be happy with. :)

The on boarding process was not great (Dr faxed the order twice and it was still not received) and took 10 calendar days. Customer service was excellent and worked with me to expedite the the order and followed up.

Very pleasant initial order. Package arrived earlier than notices suggested. But, cost / billing outcome and process still unknown.
