I get very angry when I try to reorder and I'm I used too many and I need to contact my doctorl why can't you all do it? And then it takes 10 days to 2 weeks for me to get the catheters. I'M NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY AND i AM THINKING OF CHANGING.

They are OK. They sent the item without the needed parts to fit the pouch. They also didnot send me a link until I asked 4 times

We didn't get the whole order and received some items that we hadn't ordered or didn't have both parts of a two piece bag. Not a great start as far as we are concern.

Shipment was not up to usual Comfort Medical standards. Items were shipped in a large carton with no additional packing, One box of pouches had come open and the ten pouches were strewn around loose in the carton. Fortunately, the pouches were not damaged. I emailed a photo of the open carton as a Reply to the shipping notice.

The order arrived in a timely fashion. The only problem was the usual beat up shipping box that was in bad shape. It was partially crushed down on one end and a corner was totally split open. Of the orders I have received from Comfort Medical only one box was proper and of the correct size to keep the cartons of catheters inside from bouncing around and being popped open or squashed partially. You have a problem with using shipping cartons over and over again apparently. this is really a concern and I worry about the condition and saety of the catheters when shipped this way.
