Sure would be nice if you would let customer's know when you are having a issue instead of waiting till I call 2 weeks later go there is a problem seams like it is a every month PROBELM so I'M switching to EDGE PARK

Very poor service, they don't seem very well organized

I cannot stand working with this company. Ever since they took over Rocky Mountain medical (who had amazing customer service!) I’ve had nothing but problems getting my orders, getting the products I need and to trying communicate with with people is virtually impossible. I call with a question and I’ll get transferred to someone and it just rings and rings. The last time someone actually called me back she was so rude and kept talking over me and wasn’t able to help with the problem I was having. Seriously looking for other companies to give my business too!

I have had a terrible experience. All of my order and corrected order has still yet to be received. I have spoken with several representatives and still nothing has been resolved. I am without medical supplies that is needed.

I think I'm going to like Comfort Medical however, in setting up my first order, no one at Comfort followed up to make sure the fax number was correct with one of my doctors. I received my supplies for my urositimy quickly and correct within 5 days of placing my order. For my colostomy however, the fax number Comfort used was wrong and no one caught it in spite of my calls. I have received my order a full 3 weeks after ordering and after I ran out of bags!

You will not answer the phone or return calls!

You keep delivering it to the wrong address. And won't fix the orders. I am in need of supplies as of 2 months ago. When I call customer service. It's like I'm not even in the system. And get redirect to another person that has no clue what to do about it. I wish I could go somewhere else. Unfortunately my insurance won't let me. And no one else has supplies to deliver anyway. Poor health care is not the term I'd use.

Took over 4 weeks to get medical supplies. I had to spend over $200 on amazon while waiting for comfort medical to get me my supplies. Poor communication throughout process. I was told by one person my supplies were on the way and then received a phone call on a Friday at 4pm telling me they have not received the signed prescription from doctor. This was frustrating because almost all doctors' offices are closed by that point until Monday. One of the two doctors' office had sent it 3 different times. For whatever reason Comfort Medical could not figure things out on their end.
