I did receive my order in a timely fashion. Thankfully just in time

Up until this month I would’ve given the company five stars because delivery was always on time and always complete. But this month the shipment arrived with the STATLOCK Foley Stabilization Device box missing. Fortunately, I have enough left over from previous shipments to carry me through for a while.

My payment was lost, found out later it had been credited to another account. Took weeks to figure it out. Kept getting nasty notices. Products are quality. Delivery is spot on.

Previously my experiences have been frustrating to say the least. Getting a live body on the phone in a timely manner was next to impossible. But now I have the email address of a customer service rep who has made it so much easier to order my refills. This last time was the easiest and best yet of my 4 times of ordering. Hopefully this trend continues. The only glitch was I wasn’t notified when my shipment shipped and the FedEx driver did not put it in a dry area so the exterior box got very wet and one of the interior boxes was wet as well but thankfully nothing was ruined.

I was concerned about receiving someone else’s order from a distributor that I didn’t recognize. Fortunately it got straightened out and no harm, no foul. Thank you.

Service is good and I get items I need but it would be nice if you could go on their website and look up the supplies you need and add them to a shopping cart. It's like shopping blindfolded.
