Placed order, then received email on 9/11 notifying of delay (without providing the reason for delay), then order confirmation email hadn't come over a week after I ordered, so I called the help line. They said it had been waiting on a prescription confirmation from my GI doctor which suspiciously just came in right before I called. The agent said overnight shipping but it took 2 days, and I made it clear I was already 2 days into my last bag when the agent shipped it on 9/21. Other than that, I have no complaints and will continue to use Comfort.

What goes wrong every time? I order things, even tho I have prescriptions, you don't send it, it takes too long. You ask illegal questions when I get on the phone. I HATE calling you every month. I am disgusted with the fact that you won't staff up. That your technology is NOT updated, even tho you began updating it over a year ago. There's no flexibility to change an order online without talking to a person...shall I go on? Yes, many of your associates have NO idea what it is like to depend upon a company for LIFE supplies, so their empathy levels stink. And That undesirable behavior is ALWAYS mirrored by the upper management, as emotions and attitudes roll down to the ranks. If you are going to ask us how you are doing, then DO SOMETHING about it and stop wasting our time answering questions that you have no intention of doing anything about. NOT HAPPY with YOU at all. Obviously.

They said on the phone that it was no problem to ship to a secondary address, but couldn't manage to actually do it. And since they use a cheap shipping company, my order was left out on the street in the middle of the city. When I try to call to clear it up, I get sent either to voicemail or an answering service.

I had to call several times to reach a rep.

We ran out of supplies and I had to call numerous times over a 2 week period to find out they needed a new prescription. Speaking with someone who could actually help was a joke. I was given answers there would be a call back and there never was!! Very poor customer service!!

I think they need MORE help or MORE phone lines. I was on hold for 1 hour finally hung up.....I need to check on a back order weekly to see if in ....just just will be put on hold for min/hours to just find out...

Customer service is unresponsive! I was on hold 40 minutes to make sure my reorder was correct. Clarified that I need 6 boxes ( 60 each) of barrier rings, the same number of items as the wafers. Received 6 each barrier rings. Once again I called to get the order corrected. I have been on hold for 2 hours and 50 minutes, and have not yet had the opportunity to speak with a customer service agent.

No communication between Dr. and Comfort Medical. It has taken 5 weeks to get my prescription straitened out. I spoke to either Dr.Chamian's office or Comfort Medical every other day. Not assigning blame but very stressful for me trying get my ostomy supplies.
