To whom it may concern, I'm writing this to let everyone at comfortmedical know that I am so very pleased with the way I was treated. I went online to try and get my father set up to start receiving his ostomy supplies. Well I put our information in, and then like everything else, it said someone will contact you within 24 hours. We'll I wasn't really expecting any to contact. I just knew I would have nothing but all kind of EMails from different supplies. But that's not the case. I got a phone call from Comfortmedical. The Lady I spoke to was Ms. Dionn. She was the most sweetest, and caring person. She asked all kind of questions on if we had certain items to go with the ostomy supplies and everything. I didn't know they had all kind of different things to do with ostomy. I have to say Comfortmedical has our business and who ever I can send to them. Because I tell you one thing if everyone that works with Comfortmedical is like Ms.Dionn then they have the best well cared people working for them.
