I have been using Comfort Medical for close to 3 years and have been very satisfied with their service and products.

Sent wrong product; however, fixed the issue fast!

There should have been an instruction book. I did find a detailed Utube video that explained it thoroughly. Otherwise not too bad.

The box my components come in is humorous. It’s cut by hand, has no packing material surrounding the products, and is taped over a place where the top pieces are not joined. So far that’s worked OK, but it’s a disaster going somewhere to happen. The osteo products are the best. Packing not so good.

You told me you were out of transparent Ostomy bags and I okayed the shipping of the no transparent After using the no transparent bags, I don’t really like them. They are much more bulky than the transparent bags. Please save me some for my next order Judy Warren
