I thought I ordered 1 box of supplies. We discussed 1& 1/2 to last 2 months, but I thought we agreed on one box.I received 2 boxes. Sometimes if I receive more than one month supplies, my insurance won't pay and I have the obligation. That is the reason I left the previous company. One box will last me approximately one and half month. I now have supplies for about 3 months. Thank you. Your staff are polite, helpful, personable and good to remember to call. I appreciate the call.

Product was ordered on a Wed. She said will ship on Sun. With an email when shipped. Shipped on Sun. No email notification!! On Tues. Email said it would arrive on Mon.??? Came later Tues. Placed on my front wall not my front door, for anyone to see and take.

my initial order was held up, as I was told the Visiting Nurses Assoc. had not done the release paper work. It was quite stressful, trying to get the 2 companies to resolve the issue, as each blamed the other. Then I was told, it was resolved, and my first order shipped. I asked for my 2nd order to be shipped 10/22. On 10/25 I called to find out the status of the order, and was told the VNA had not sent the release date, and it was being held up. I called VNA, who assured me they had faxed the release form on 9/23, but they would re-send again. At this point, I'm not sure if this issue has been resolved.

It took two months to finally get service due to all the requirements. Many phone calls, multiple mistakes, but finally got supplies.

The products have been very well received ONCE I RECOVERED THEM FROM THE MISDIRECTED delivery address. No fault of Comfort Med but rather an uneducated UPS delivery driver.

New account setup very slow

i received my products inn a timely fashion after you finally got a script from my doctor He was out of the country for the period I was trying to change suppliers. .I am just sorry I wasn't recontacted once you got the prescription. I am dealing with a skin condition and my needs are changing. I was also disappointed that I never received a email that the order shipped until after I recontacted Joanne Folk...after numerous emails i finally got a email showing the tracking number.
