I have never had a problem with Comfort Medical until this last order. I needed my order a little early because I didn't order enough last time, contacted Comfort Medical and heard nothing else until I got so desperate I called again. They needed approval from my doctor, which is fine and understandable, but nobody told me that and I was left "hanging" wondering what the hell I was going to do if I ran out completely. Big fail on Customer Service's part.

Helpful but never got my order.....

I switched from Liberty because they could not get my orders correct, sent the wrong catheters . Seems as though I didn't do any better with Comfort as my first and now my second order arrived wrong. I'm a man and was sent catheters for use by females twice. Yes, they were very apologetic. But still shows a lack of checks an balances.

ordered 1 powder received and billed for 10 powders.

I received my supplies with no problem. However there was not a welcome packet in the box like they said would be. I called and asked them about it and they said they mailed it, but was also available on line. So I printed off the form to send in, and there is no address or anywhere I can send it.

I placed an order and was sent some incorrect items. Upon receipt of the incorrect items, I called back and was advised to repackage the incorrect items and return them. I then asked whether the correct items would be shipped expedited and was told “Reordered items will be shipped that way. I returned the items and then waited 3 days for correct items to arrive and still nothing. I haven’t had this problem before and really hope that I am not forced to change companies because of a few people giving out the wrong information

Used comfort medical for a few months for supplies and service was ok. (liberator medical is much better) These people dont understand all the supplies when you order and would send out the wrong products. Have not used them in a few months and I am still getting bills in the mail even though I have paid them in full. Called to resolve this and the woman who answered was really rude. Will not use this company again.

The prep pads are not good they don't have the stick to them ,the wafers need more sticky on them too
