This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. My supplies are always delayed for a different reason every time I call. Hedi the csr i spoke to would not give me the supervisors name or let me speak to one . I now have a uti because they are refusing to send my supplies.

Rendered catheters they explained when they could resend due to insurance I explained didn't know if I could make it recalled cause I never received email conf shpt they they did ship the next day received them 4 days later went through alot of pain trying not to use catheters and only use them to relieve pain from the abdomen I was thinking about changing companies because of what happened hopefully they can explain to me what I can do at the time of reordering when I am running low when I had informed them of it

This order was sent prematurely as I did not need it as yet. No worries on that but for sure I want to GET THE NEXT ORDER ON TIME. I have tried repeatedly to get my Comfort Med. website account functional to no avail. I cannot get a password in the system even though I was in contact with a person who helped me & told me I had a password in the system but that was untrue. Made an online order 20 days in advance (the maximum allowed by Comfort). The Comfort app said it was received. One week in advance of delivery, I called Comfort and they told me an order had not been received. They promised it would be sent out on Monday and received on Wednesday. It was not. It ended arriving on Thursday, one day before I had completely run out of supplies. This has happened before and their unreliability has become highly frustrating and potentially dangerous to my health!!!
