It turned out great. But during the process I didn't know if I was going to get my supplies or not.

Customer service representative was thorough and patient when I placed my mom's order. I received an email notifying me when the supplies were shipped. Because my mom lives in memory care, it would be helpful to know when the supplies were delivered so I can retrieve them from memory care staff.

Had some initial communication issues between Comfort Medical and the surgeon’s office re: prescription. That slowed the process. Once the script went through everything went well and quickly.

I had some issues with medical coverage, but everyone at Comfort worked to get them resolved in a timely manner. I was afforded free samples when my shipment was delayed because of the insurance issue which was greatly appreciated. It is great to always get superb service, but it how a company reacts to problems that makes all the difference. Keep up the good work!
