Comfort does not answer their phone. They have a call-back function, but they do not call back. Sometimes their call-back function just drops the call. The are billing me for supplies which I no longer need, but I am unable to contact them.

Did not get the quantity of items ordered. On hold for to speak to a person for 30 minutes +.

My experience with Comfort Medical has been horrible. I’m waiting for ostomy supplies. They didn’t communicate with me to let me know they didn’t receive my Drs authorization, they don’t send the complete order as stated and the delivery time is longer than they say. The hold time is at least 30 minutes, usually a lot longer. If they put you on hold and the call is lost, they don’t call you back. I’m finding another supplier immediately.

Comfort Medical has gone down hill in the last year. Communication is horrific, shipments are late, the don’t update customers on what is going on with LIFE SAVING medical supplies. Each time I have tried to speak to someone about my shipment/order, I have been put on hold for an average of 15 minutes, and no one will help me resolve the issue. My urology department reported that Comfort Medical has been causing issues on their side. Prescriptions have been sent in, and never updated in Comfort Medical files, then never told me there was an issue, just never sent my supplies. Terrible. Can’t wait to start with the new company.

The replacement catheters are very difficult to use.

this comfort medical is very good for wasting your time and keep you worry about your order, its very good for communication which did nt answer the phone and when you leave a message either they will be good after your complaint and correct your order to the wors order thank you comfort medical for the bad service
