It's always a pleasure dealing with everyone in customer service the only thing that I have a hard time with is getting new samples and have them sent to me I have a book that's outdated from comfort medical I need a new one I mean from convict I need a new one and I'd like to change some stuff I don't like the adhesive stuff my my stomas don't stick to it they keep falling off and the tape is bad so now I'm constantly using paper tape to hold up my stomas sticker. I would like more wipes, better adhesive stoma where it sticks better and the tape on barrier doesn't want to stick anymore. Please can I get a new convatech book so I can start getting samples really appreciate your time thanking you in advance as always you guys are a pleasure to deal with thank you
