Comfort Medical has always been a reliable company to deal with, and I have been receiving supplies from them since 1993.

Rep had a difficult understanding what I was asking, but otherwise it was excellent. My card arrived in 36 hours. Wow! Y’all are the best!

Tried to explain that I needed a new order since the old ostomy supplies were being discontinued. After multiple calls. I had someone who listened to what I was saying.

The service provided by Comfort Medical is convenient and fairly easy to use. My only criticism would be that my ostomy supplies ship in two different shipments, and arrive days apart. It’s a little worrisome leaving me to wonder when the 2nd shipment will arrive.

During the initial conversation, I asked the person to let me know if they had a problem getting the prescription back from the doctor. I haves not received my shipment a week later so I called and was told CM was still waiting on the prescription!! Luckily, my doctor’s nurse called and the shipment was sent and arrived in 2 days!
