Did not ship the product ordered but a lesser product and only a partial order.

This was my first order. Went pretty rough, (lost paperwork, delays in communication, late delivery) We'll see how the next order goes

The customer service you receive depends on who you get to talk with. One lady is awesome, one lady is like she doesnt care if you ever order anything or not. They tell you the order willbe shipped in 3 to 5 days but after 5 days you just get an e mail saying the products are not available and hard telling when you will get them. Why cant they tell you that when you order?

Simply I pre-ordered weeks for a 20th reorder and I called on the 27th to find out it was not ordered yet. I was washing out my ostamy bag and on my last barrier. You all did over night me and emergence bag and barrier that came the next day. I understand that might have been because of christmas that this happened but we need you to be here for our needs, I was unable to spend time with family and friends due to my washed bag stinking

Products are good and service is timely. I wish they would make their website in such a way that I could adjust my order each time, instead of only being able to re-order.

I had to call at least five times before I received my first order. I had to go between my rep and my doctor to get the order initially filled. My rep didn't seem to do the follow up needed and I had to keep reminding her about the importance of my need for supplies. Other than that everyone was very nice and once my initial order was set up, my supplies came in a timely manner. I shall see how my next refill goes, they tell me once it's set up each month will be quick and easy.

Not great. There was a lot of confusion. It seems you have a number of new employees. First an incorrect item was shipped, the item was returned. It was around 3 to 4 weeks before it was corrected. Many calls were necessary to comfort medical as well as my doctor's office.

I didn’t get so me of the supplies that I had ordered the waterproof pouches that you where swimming or in the shower, Also I didn’t get the colostomy bag belt That hooks on to the bag!!!!
