Didn’t get all ordered or delivered by end of year, missed several things on my order

I received an item that was not responsive to the request I made. As the salesperson described the item, I thought it would be a perfect response to my issue and so I ordered and received, two pieces. I will try to return them because they are of no use to me. I suggest that salespeople be better trained to understand the products that are available so that their recommendations can be more appropriate.

You shipped an Incomplete order, it was missing 3 catheters!

I recieved a script for ostomy supplies from my attending Urologist. The medical staff highly recommended that I contact the company Hollister to assist in streamlining the flow of needed medical supplies . Through Hollister Comfort Medical would come to be my supplier directly after Visiting Nursing Services ended . Both Hollister and Comfort Medical were notified prior to the ending VNA date . I also let Comfort Medical know that I was short on supplies . A few days later I called again to see when the supplies might be arriving . I was told they needed to receive a fax containing the prescription . Comfort Medical said they were in touch with the Doctors office . I also called the office to help expedite the prescription. Long story short I had to wait over a week for my supplies to come in and ran out of supplies 4 days before the order arrived . This unpleasant experience could have been avoided by Comfort Medical, if they had secured the prescription prior to VNA ending . They also offered no advice on how or where I could get "emergency " supplies if I ran out . The representative just repeated the "mantra " 3 times to me ,"when we get the prescription faxed to us we will ship your order through FedEx. "I'm only in my mid sixties but for the first time in my life I realized what it's like to be treated as elderly .

Your extreme delay in shipping my ostomy supplies left me begging for extras from my home health care nurses and local hospital. Yes, you did send me everything I needed. And talking with the representative was perfectly pleasant. But when I say I have a weeks worth of supplies left, and you take that as "He needs his supplies in three weeks." That leaves me in a very difficult place.

We did not get our usual product instead they sent us a different one that is so flimpsy to use and it does not have a way to seal the used catheter in the sleeve so urine run out of them and they smell. They are not like the nofric catheters that he really likes as they are way more stiffer and they go right in and don't bend all over the place.

There was over a weeks delay in initial order and replacement order was a week with no communication until I contacted your team. As a new patent person it produced a lot of anxiety. If insurance was an issue call and tell me don't wait for my call.
