They have the worst time getting your order correct after numerous calls. They never call you back and my shortest hold time was 39 minutes. I’ve tried now going on four weeks to get the drain bags and I am still waiting going five weeks. This is the worst medical supply company I have encountered. I’m now searching for another company that can provide service with some integrity. There is no empathy and they are rude on the phone. They held up my order and lied my doctor was not Pecos enrolled even though they had got her approval a couple of weeks prior. They said it an error. I was down to one and I had to call back and that was the lie they told me. There is no one date for this company’s bad service it’s every call.

I received supplies for the first 4-5 months without issue. Then supplies got held up because “your insurance requires justification to use these supplies.” I sent some records, got a month of supplies. Then held up again for the same reason. I spent several hours with the insurance company, because they couldn’t see any decline or request on their side for the supplies being held up. After a 3way call with the parties, go to find out that comfort medical wants the paperwork, even though the insurance company doesn’t. Get told, “we’ll note your file” so this doesn’t happen again. Here we are a month later, no supplies, still fighting with them to get them sent. I can’t urinate on my own. Now I can’t leave the house, imprisoned waiting on them to figure it out. Multiple “I’ve forward this to my manager and they’ll call you back soon”. No calls back. Now I’m trying to get the insurance company to approve an alternate provider. I receive bowel care supplies from them with no issues. Cannot recommend at all for cath supplies.

I’ve been a customer of Comfort Medical for at least 15-20 years. Over the years I’ve had a few issues with service, but was quickly resolved. More & more lately, service has gone downhill. I placed an order on March 8, 2023. Service representative sent an order to my MD for renewal of supplies. Nine days later I called re: order. Was told a signed order had not been received. No one had contacted me & my supplies are getting low. I have contacted the doctor’s nurse who stated she faxed the order. I called Comfort Medical today. I was on hold for over an hour before I hung up. This is NOT acceptable. I also called customer service and no one answered. I know that it’s time to look for another supplier of my products!!!!!

I have called, emailed, texted for my husband’s supplies and are yet to receive them. They were initially an excellent company to work with for catheters and urine bags. However, the last two on this have been a nightmare. I’ve had to wash out urine bags because they allege to send a certain number of bags however, I’m receiving less. I guess it’s time to look for another company. Washing out urinary bags is unsanitary and not tolerated by Medicare or the FDA.

So many lies from this company. Verified by calling our insurance company and Medicaid that what they were telling us about billing was absolutely incorrect. They just wanted us to pay them even though we didn't owe it. I would avoid this unethical company or if you do business with them, check every single bill with your insurance company on what is really your part. Comfort Medical: I did check with my primary insurance company AND Medicaid and that is how I know what you are doing is wrong.

Ordering personnel were great but prompted me to order way more than was needed. Billing Support personnel speak very limited English and despite sharing proof pf payment form my bank still only show i have paid $25. it is either incompetence or fraud but please use any one other than Comfort Medical for your needs. Try calling Billing Support and then prepare to bang your head against a wall.

Some of the Items that were delivered, I did not order. Some of the items I ordered were not delivered. I think it's time for me to start looking for another company. Your billing department is a nightmare also.

Call was dropped after a considerable wait on hold for answers concerning a potential order. I was to be informed of the cost of the order before agreeing to place the order. The order was identified as being shipped with no regard to my request.
