I was told by my local Medical Supply company that my husband didn't qualify through Medicare for his supplies. I called Comfort Medical on a Sunday after seeing an ad and was able to sign up right then. I can't recall her name at the moment but she was so helpful!

They were so helpful and did all the work contacting my Doctor.

Amazing personalized service! When I had a problem finding the right appliance for my colostomy Comfort Medical connected me to a nurse and we problem solved then and there. I was sent several samples of rings and bags to find the right fit and purpose. Once I found the right solution CM took care of contacting my doctor, updating the prescription and sent out a shipment in under a week I had the proper appliance, a full month of supplies and all it took was a 20 minute consultation on the phone. Can’t recommend them highly enough! They made the process so easy, so personal and they’re so damn kind about it. Discussing intimate care is almost always uncomfortable but CM makes it easy and embarrassment free. Love these folks!
