Comfort Medical staff handled all my daughter’s needs with one phone call, including insurance, doctor’s prescription, etc. They delivered her medical supplies within 24 hours after approval, then followed up to ensure needs were met! And, they actually have personnel that respond to phone calls…a rarity these days! Extraordinary customer service!

I have had an ileostomy since 2003. I have always used Coloplast products. I used Edge Park as my supplier for many years, until I just became so frustrated with their disinterested customer representatives. I changed to Liberator at the recommendation of a friend. They did well at first but then it became harder and harder to get the kind of service I needed. I talked to Nancy with Coloplast and she told me that Coloplast had bought a supply company, Comfort Care. My doctor had just written my yearly order for my supplies to Liberator, After another frustrating conversation with them, I got in touch with Comfort Care. Mike was unbelievable. He was professional, compassionate, and most helpful. I understood that he could contact my doctor about another order. I promised to also contact her for a "heads up". To make a long story short, I had my needed supplies in less than a week. But what really touched me was when Mike asked me if I had enough supplies to last me until we got the doctor's order and my supplies arrived! THAT'S the kind of service I need; but, it is so hard to find. Maybe I should say, "almost impossible to find". Thank you Comfort Care and Mike.
