Excellent customer service, fast billing and delivery. The representative knew what I needed as I attempted to explain the ostomy bags I normally use, as well as other products that I would normally just purchase through Amazon. I have finally been set up for monthly delivery to my home with out the hassle of running out of supplies.

I get a phone call when it’s time to re-order and my daughter in law gets an email to keep me up to date on supplies. An agent asked if I would like to get a 3 month supply if my insurance would allow, and it was a godsend to have everything sent that way. Thank you very much.
