Delivery made to wrong place. Your carriers have all been instructed to make all deliveries to rear porch area which is sheltered. To leave @ sliding glass door, no exceptions. Last delivery left @ unprotected front door. I advised your customer service.

I called to return something. Seemed to go great, but they said they would contact me with a return number to put on my box to leave it outside for Fedex to pick up. Have yet to receive this. I've been waiting all day. Its now after hours and I've not gotten any information about this return.
