It’s sort of unusual for this company but my last experience was frustrating . It took 3 different sales associates to finally get my order correct

Package was damaged Falling apart

I am very upset about my last order experience. I placed my order as soon as I was eligible so I would not run out of my supplies. I also wanted to get my order in before my copay kicked back in at the beginning of the year. I received a message on New Year’s Eve that my supplies were delayed. Of course I could not call until the follow Monday. I was told I would get them overnighted to me and they would make sure I was not billed for them I had to call again on Wednesday or Thursday because I still did not have them! Sandy called me back after her work hours to inform me that my order has to be sent to Ohio in order to overnight it. She was very helpful!!! I received conflicting emails throughout the whole time. They finally shipped on January 8th!!! Today I received a EOB from my insurance company that I owe almost $500 when I should not have to owe anythinghh because my order was placed well before the end of the year so I would not have to pay a copay or deductible.

Very long process to get supplies and once received we were missing components that took a few more days to receive.

Our first time order was very slow. We were told paper was being sent to Doctor for prescription. It was faxed to wrong number. After days of waiting we contacted the doctor and he didn’t get anything. Called order desk back and asked what number they faxed it to and it was wrong. Finally got the bags and they were the wrong bags. Still waiting for correct bags to be sent.

My order has been wrong numerous times. It seems that the ordering staff do not have easy access to change anything unless the customer can provide the exact product number. And there is no online catalog with detailed pictures and descriptions for customers to see what is available out there. The ordering staff are not knowledgeable about product alternatives.

I am a new customer. They took down information on what products I use but I said i had just moved and found extra supplies so I did not want to place an order yet. First, I got an order i did not place.I said maybe I would need supplies by January but they just sent them Second , they sent brands I do not use and quantities that would exceed my yearly use for some When I called they were willing to take them back and supply what I needed but I still dont have a number to place on the boxes for FedEx to pick them up

Sometimes I get the wrong products or I have missing products!!
