3+ weeks ago I ordered colostomy supplies and urinary leg bags. I was informed they needed a new script. I sent my doctor a text asking if they received it on april 3 and again on april 6. I found out comfort medical had an incorrect fax number. I wanted my doctor to send the new script but you informed me that you have your own form. Don finally received his colostomy supplies and I was told today Don should receive his leg bags in 2 - 3 days.

Every month was stressful because comfort medical inadequately managed my account and never failed to cause me to run out of supplies. David Fitterer failed to overcome simple order issues and caused incredible distress by not refilling my order for ostomy bags in an timely and professional manner.

Placed a reorder on April 14, 2023. After no confirmation and being left on hold 3 times with no customer service available, I replaced order on Comfort phone app April 18. That same day my doctor called to question why Comfort Medical had twice requested Dr. script approval. Called Comfort every day for 5 days, each time giving info for someone to call back. Never received a call back. Contacted Coloplast on April 19. Was told they would contact Comfort to expedite order. Nothing happened. Yesterday I was told they were waiting for Doctor approval which was already given twice. One week late, no confirmation, no calls back, no response after second request to Coloplast. Obviously, they have no customer service people working, or they don't care. I'm running out of supplies. This is after being a customer of Coloplast for 12 years and Comfort for at least 5 years. I guess it'd time to find another Ostomy supplier who cares.

I have had difficulty communicating with Comfort Medical. 3 calls made recently regarding urgent prescription information with the promise of a representative’s call back. No call back.

I feel that Comfort Medical is acting shady toward their costumers. When i needed bags I feel it took them a week to even ship out the supplies. I've called them everyday from March the 20th to the 28th. No sign of a tracking number or door tag number until i told them that I was switching venders. I've called my insurance company and a rep from Amerigroup named Sarah was on the phone with me. i was questioned of why i even gotten the insurance agent involved. The Conversation got heated and then i snapped and said ok. cancel the package that you've recently shipped that you've delayed because im going to go ahead and switch to Byram Health Care because they wont put me under the bus and try putting me under a barrel. So we hung up and Sarah called Byram Health Care. and I've gotten my bags over night. it would have been better for the comfort medical rep if she wouldn't have insulted my intelligence with the Amerigroup rep Sarah being on the phone hearing every word. I feel that i was done dirty and that people are acting shady.

My 6 month baby girl still needs supplies. They told me 3 days in a row that they would overnight some bags. The last time I spoke with them they told me that they would send me out a box of pediatric ostomy bags complementary bc or the delay in authorizations from my daughter's pcp. Well, our doctor faxed the authorization back bc that's what they needed to up the number of bags we get a month. Well, called back Sat on hold for almost 2 hours again just for them to tell me that our dr. did not send it. But, I had confirmation that my sweet pea's dr. Did in fact faxed the auth. And also re-faxed. So, I call back and by this time on hold with them I am so upset I can't even catch my breathe. My baby girl is sitting in a makeshift ostomy bag. The first day I called them she was on her last bag. So, for 3 days I've been waiting for the over night shipment. They just told me what I wanted to hear. One lady said she was going to look into it. ÙThe other lady I spoke with on day 1 n 3 said she would over night it both times. The second day I spoke to a man whom i really had faith in told me he would make sure I got the supplies I needed for her. And here it is Sunday night. I'm still making ostomy bags out of plastic and wrapping an ace bandage around her belly. It was trial n error the first 20 bags. And nobody explained the reorder process to me. This whole thing is new to me. I'm doing the best I can. My tiny but mighty angel is 6 months old. It is really imperative that I get the supplies. On the phone they sounded genuine. But, they could care less. As long as they got off on time. The company should do follow up calls. (I mean I could do them from Oklahoma) yes follow up calls so that you insure the customer is satisfied an if not they won't have to wait 2 hours to get in touch with them again just to let them know a fax was infact sent. I just hope and pray that my baby doesn't end up w an affection. I'm a single mom. I can only do so much. I would have ordered from Amazon or something like that If I wasn't being told that I was going to get samples, or a complimentary box and i would get it that very next day. I'm glad ya'll record the phone calls. I got recordings of 4 different convos. So if anyone else finds themselves in the same "s*$# show" I would advise you to order off Amazon. Horrible with FedEx and I’ve complained to comfort medical that they continue to leave the boxes in the front of the door entrance and myself and father are disabled so we can’t leave or come in the door. I’ve complained and ask repeatedly to leave boxes under window ledge. I’d appreciate a little help with this problem that I’ve been dealing with for quite awhile and frankly it’s annoying and I’m tired of dealing with it. Please give me some help I’m getting tired of asking for it.

I called and spoke to a rep. I emailed twice. All to let y’all know to not deliver as I’m in the hospital for three weeks. But y’all delivered anyway. You folks have no communication skills since I’ve been a customer. I have another order. One that I do not want delivered until I order it. Okay???
