I am a brand new client and ostomy patient. I have high hopes for my relationship with your company. It means a lot to me that this company is owned by the manufacturer of my chosen products. I had disasterous experiences with my former supply company. Communication is a high priority to me.The representitive ( lovely lady named Chris) that I spoke with took her time to listen to my concerns and informed me of the status of my first order. The order arrived as promised and was complete and correct.

I was skeptical because other companies (specifically HME) let me down so badly, also because it looked like Comfort Medical was also going to let me down again because it took so long to finally let me know that all would be well. To be honest, the persons we spoke to from Comfort Medical were very nice, caring but yet professional. I went into the hospital on May 17th and was not expected to make it, but I did, and I got out of the hospital on 13 of June 2033 and since then my wife has made so may phone calls to the companies the Wound and Hyperbaric Center placed us with that we lost track and either they don't answer the phone or they say they will call back and they never do. Therefore, we have had to go begging for supplies from hospitals and other people that we know have stomas and it is humiliating, shameful and very nasty to have to resort to something like that because doctors, nurses and companies refuse to give the right information or just don't care of the patient they just finished working on. Specifically Wound & Hyperbaric Center. My wife and I secured an appointment with the surgical associates to see if I can get reconnected sooner than they have said I can because I am so very disappointed with medical companies, UPS, FedeX, doctors and nurses. I sincerely hope this has not happened to very many persons that have had the type of surgery I had.
