How do I obtain the collapsible Caths for my next order?

My order only contained 15 of 450 items. I called and did get the remaining 435 items I do not understand how this could have happened…,..,

In the past, some of the Bard cath kits are missing items❗️For example sterile gloves and other items as well❗️You are very prompt with sending my orders and your representatives are very nice and helpful❗️

Initially my order was not filled because of no Dr. endorsement. Comfort Medical did not notify me for over a week. I found out upon further calls to Comfort Med. be me. Once we got my primary urologist involved all problems were resolved and I received my first shipment of supplies. This delay got me dangerously low on supplies.

I usually have a good experience with Comfort Medical, but this last time was no so great. There was a problem processing my order because the prescription had expired and it needed to be updated. I was never notified of it. When I didn't get any notices about my order I had to call and that's how I found out. Comfort should've notified me and I could've gotten it taken care of and it wouldn't have taken nearly 3 weeks to get my supplies.

please wait until i am actually eligible to order new supplies before you start sending me notifications to do so... i started receiving notifications weeks before i was actually eligible for reordering... i have blocked your number on my cell since i am tired of it.

Had surgery 3 weeks ago. Never been through this before. Trying to understand all the products and what they’re used for has been overwhelming. Ordering was somewhat difficult. Didn’t know that suppliers were different companies. Repeatedly asked which supplier I’d like to use…. I had no idea. Finally one was picked for me.
