No direct way to get in touch with your rep. Problems with their delivery process. Will definitely go back to my earlier supplier.

Had 3 leaks and one total-blowout. Never had this happen. Don’t know what’s happening. My latest delivery. Please give me advice. Afraid to go anywhere. I have usd the sensure click always. I love them. Elgart

I am disappointed at the lack of coordination (or communication) between staffers when placing my specific order requests for catheters that arrived with the wrong gel paks (Surgilube paks) rather than the requested Applicare Gel Paks originally asked for, and had ultimately shipped after placing a call to Comfort Medical. Also, the manner in which the box was partially taped, leaving its contents clearly visible to neighbors living in my apartment building...a violation of HEPA. This is unacceptable! I look forward to improved future deliveries!

I was sent pre-cut 2" bags which I did not order. My stoma is only 1 1/4". The deodorizer stings my stoma and really didn't do it's job. I was sent a catheter carrying bag, I don't have a catheter. Had to send back this order. So now I am running short since I have to wait for the correct order to come.

I the patient did not order anything it was done by my doctor's staff; received a lot of merchandise not needed at this time ;Just starting getting my change of FOLEY catheter done at home on account of my disability. You are pushing your merchandise on patients unaware of the needs and cost. Waiting for more information from my doctor regarding my needs and what to expect as cost

very late delivery. The items were delivered 4 days after they were promised which made the delivery 7 days after ordering. I was out when I ordered. No notice or explanation.

Everything was ok at the end BUT when I ordered my supplies I had to request she repeat EVERYTHING she said because I could NOT understand her.
