I asked a friend about the medical bag that I observed her with and that's how I was directed to Comfort Medical. I had purchased ostomy supplies through Amazon sites for over a year and a half even though I had Marketplace Insurance. I didn't know of a in service network. My friend sent the information and my journey began. The representatives at Comfort Medical were the most professional and friendly staff that I've encountered.

The agents were fast, knowledgeable and efficient. The product came quickly and directly. A great experience, who could ask for more??

Kind, friendly, helpful in every way in guiding and directing me through the first time order process. Which I am very grateful for since I wasn't sure what to expect. Very respectful and just knew all the right questions to ask me in order to assist my needs. I was grateful that they made this process easy!

The only complaint, if you could call it that, is the fact that I cannot change the order online. I have to call it in and sometimes that is impossible. I appreciate the email reminders however because we get very busy and forget. The products are all extremely good and assistance I've received in the past is impeccable. Thank you
