Hello, the only issue I had was that my spouses products were never mailed the first time and had to call again. After that we received our products.

Hi. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was the fact that I had to call to make sure everything was in place for our first shipment. It was not, as it turns out. It is just so hard as a guardian to have to always be "checking up" on different parties involved in the process. I discovered that a fax was sent to Lynn's urologist with a number out of place. I also discovered that Lynn's orthopedist was contacted to authorize Lynn's catheter supplies. Fortunately, they called me, and I was able to assure them that the urologist was the one needing to authorize those supplies. So many phone calls for what should have been a pretty easy process. Anyway, my contact at Comfort Medical was kind, appropriately concerned, and anxious to rectify the situation. I just wish I had not been the one who discovered there was a problem.

Two of my deliveries were 60 catheters short.

Great service, timely deliveries, just wish we got more prep pads. I understand you all have no control over that ..

Packaging could be better. Needs more filling inside and more tape. Thank you.

Package arrived quickly and was complete. Should last long… actually three months before a refill.
