I joined your company as I was very disappointed with my last supplier. He we are on my first shipment and it was sent to Salt Lake City UT and I live in Omaha NE. They were aware I had about 10 days of Catheters left and the shipment ended up in UT. I called today after chasing down my shipment and let them know I was down to a 3 day supply and she said it should be there either tomorrow or latest Monday. This just wasn’t a vey good first impression by your Team!

Still not the correct clip at the bottom of the pouch for someone with an ileostomy.

My supplies shipment cut it too close this month. An Item out of stock was delaying my shipment, but I wasn't notified. I was wearing my last ostomy bag when the new shipment arrived, and that caused me considerable stress and changes to my schedule. The real issue is that I should always have at least a weeks worth of supplies on hand when new supplies arrive, as a buffer. ( Not sure why that isn't the rule for re-ordering.) But if that's not possible, I need better communication/ transparency of the shipping process to make sure my items ship on time, and that I am notified before the shipping date if there is going to be even a single days delay. My backup is going to the emergency room, and that doesn't seem right.

I placed a order and it says it was shipped out from Ft Worth TX on 5/28 I have been tracking it and it looks to be going in the wrong direction had to order emergency supplies thru Amazon and got them in 2 days

My order took 2 weeks to finally get my order. Supposedly my PCP did not fax back my prescription when they in fact had. I also did not recieved my spray powder.

I am confused as to why I came home from vacation and found a package from you (which I have not opened). I called after you sent the last order and you promptly arranged for a pickup for return to you. I am sure it will be straightened out, but my insurance covers another agency; since I am only allowed one company, I am staying with my current provider.

Customer service was professional - however my order took longer than expected to arrive and was incorrect when received. Working through replacements now - not a comfortable situation to be in - out of product and waiting for replacements.

I was receiving my catheters from another company and when I called Comfort I was told the only want to know what the catheters cost was to place an order and I was also told a cash price. Well to my surprise nothing was as I was told. The only reason I give 2 stars is they were delivered in a timely manor. It actually cost me more than the prior company so I will go back to them immediately. So disappointed in this experience.
